1. Information We Process
Agendy is a fully on-device app. There is no user account, no sign-in, and no backend server operated by Dream Foundries. The minimal data described below is processed solely so the app can function:
Agendy reads contacts from your iPhone's address book using Apple's Contacts framework, with your explicit permission. Contact data is processed entirely on your device — it is never copied to our servers (we have none) or sent to any third party. When you confirm deletions in the Review screen, Agendy deletes the selected contacts directly from your address book.
Agendy uses Apple's Unified Logging (os.Logger) to record diagnostic messages locally on your device. These logs never leave your device and are not sent to Dream Foundries or any third party. They can only be viewed by you when you connect your device to a Mac running Console.app.
If you are signed in to iCloud, Agendy stores small pieces of state — your usage counter, Speed Run record, cumulative stats, and a private identifier — in iCloud Key-Value Store and CloudKit. This data syncs across your own Apple devices and is encrypted by Apple. Dream Foundries never has access to your iCloud data.
If you purchase the lifetime unlock, the transaction is processed by the Apple App Store and recorded by RevenueCat. RevenueCat receives an opaque identifier derived from your iCloud user record so the purchase follows you across your devices. Dream Foundries does not receive or store your payment details.
2. How We Use Information
The minimal data described above is used only for the following purposes:
We do not run analytics, we do not profile users, and we do not sell or share data with advertisers or third-party marketers. We have no servers to which your data could be sold.

Because Agendy has no user account and no Dream Foundries-operated backend, there is nothing to delete on our side. The data Agendy processes lives in three places, all under your control:
1. Your iPhone's address book — managed by iOS; you can revoke Agendy's contacts permission at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Contacts. 2. Your iCloud account — the usage counter, Speed Run record, and stats sync via iCloud Key-Value Store; deleting the app from all your devices and removing it from iCloud in Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud removes this data. 3. RevenueCat — your purchase record is retained for entitlement validation; you can request deletion by contacting us at the email below, but doing so will prevent purchase restoration.
5. Security
Agendy does not operate any server, so there is no Dream Foundries database to breach. Your contacts never leave your device. Data stored in iCloud is encrypted by Apple in transit and at rest. Communication with RevenueCat and the Apple App Store uses TLS. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, but Agendy minimizes risk by keeping data on-device by default and minimizing what is processed off-device to the absolute essentials for purchases and personal cross-device sync.

Agendy is available to users of all ages. We comply with applicable age thresholds and parental consent requirements. If you believe a child has provided personal information without proper consent, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
7. Your Rights
Agendy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Because Agendy holds no personal data on Dream Foundries-operated systems, most rights (access, rectification, erasure) can be exercised directly by you through iOS Settings, iCloud Settings, and the App Store. For data held by our processors (RevenueCat for purchase records), you may contact us to coordinate access or deletion.
